At a prominent corner along Tsawwassen’s 56 Street corridor, The Clara is envisioned as a refined, five-storey market rental addition that supports long-term housing in a way that feels calm, contemporary, and context-aware. Positioned within the community’s “Entrance to Tsawwassen” area, the building’s scale and form are intended to strengthen the streetscape—adding new homes while maintaining a respectful presence at a key gateway intersection.

Designed for day-to-day livability, the project pairs an efficient mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences with generous outdoor amenity space and thoughtful mobility planning, including secure bicycle storage and underground parking.
