Granville at 70th is the ideal image for the perfect location. The community around the towers serves as a host, defining the lifestyle as an ‘easy-to-reach’ area of grocery chains, strip malls, and activities. The Quorum Group anchored as the structural contractor for the project.
Granville at 70th connects residents to a number of conveniences within the building itself; including live green-walls, rooftop gardens, an outdoor yoga pavilion, lounge, library, theatre and a Safeway. Designed by Henriquez Partners Architects, redefines Vancouver’s West Side, creating a new community at the southern edge of the city, anchored by a Safeway grocery store.
