The building was awarded the Leed® Gold Award for one of the most resource-efficient buildings developed. Icon Pacific was awarded the construction management for this project, with The Quorum Group being the structural contractors for the project. 

Telus Gardens is luxurious down to finest detail and offers a 24-hour concierge service amongst other top-class amenities. Public spaces, amenities and art are also major components of the development. The residential tower features state-of-the-art amenities and furnishings, with green roofs growing for nearby restaurants.
