6th & Fir was built for elegance. The tower was intellectually placed to overlook English Bay, Downtown Vancouver, and False Creek. Icon Pacific was awarded the construction management for this project, with The Quorum Group being the structural contractors for the tower, building the fundamental stature of what 6th & Fir is known for today.
The tower’s silhouette and elliptical form is sculpted to create dynamic residences that afford sweeping views of Burrard Inlet, while integrating the building into the urban fabric of Vancouver’s Burrard Slopes. The 15-storey development comprises 50 boutique condominium suites as well as street level retail. A series of skyboxes – consisting of two, three and five-storey sculptural rectangular forms.
