WEST 8TH

700 West 8th is tailored to the urban fabric of Vancouver’s Fairview Slopes. Its massing is broken down into two mini towers 17-storeys and 12-storeys that are adjacent to the taller buildings along the busy roads of Broadway. Icon Pacific was awarded the construction management for this project and The Quorum Group served as the structural contractors for the project.

A series of green walls and landscaped terraces and roofs are woven throughout the building. Sustainability features include geothermal heating and cooling, rainwater retention, and solar shading. Designed by award winning architects, the building showcases striking West Coast views with dramatic details including brick clad podium, a private interior courtyard and sleek glass stretching skywards.
